In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary rules, bonus policies, or privacy notices published on the d8777 platform.

These Terms & Conditions are published exclusively in English. The English-language version is the sole authoritative and legally binding version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated or summarised version that may appear on the platform for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account on d8777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and automated agents may not register accounts.

4.3 Withdrawals

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a security and anti-money-laundering measure, withdrawals will be directed to the same account or wallet from which the deposit was made. d8777 will not process withdrawals to a different payment method, account, or third-party recipient without prior written approval from the compliance team. This policy applies regardless of the reason given by the Player.

4.5 Currency

Where a promotion is amended or withdrawn mid-period, d8777 will honour the terms applicable at the time of your qualifying deposit or opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable. d8777 is not liable for any losses arising from the amendment or withdrawal of a promotion.

6.1 Placement and Settlement of Bets

Bets placed on the d8777 sportsbook are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections — including market, selection, and stake — before confirming. d8777 will not void a bet on the grounds of a player error after confirmation, except in the circumstances described in section 6.3 below. 6.3 Obvious Errors

8.3 Funds on Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen until the investigation is concluded. d8777 will endeavour to complete all investigations within 30 business days. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to a confirmed breach, d8777 reserves the right to withhold any funds up to the value of losses caused by the breach, any bonus funds received as a result of the breach, and any associated winnings.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. d8777 will notify you by email prior to applying dormancy procedures. A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance while dormant, provided the balance is sufficient to cover the fee. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Any remaining balance above the fee threshold will be retained for the player and made available upon reactivation following identity verification.

8.5 Complaints and Dispute Resolution
